E-commerce giant Alibaba and 11 other hi-tech companies became on Tuesday the first batch of enterprises to call the Intellectual Valley in Jiangsu province's Yangzhou city home.
Aiming to become China's Silicon Valley in the Yangtze Delta by the year 2020, the Intellectual Valley is a hi-tech and innovation base located in Yangzhou's Hangjiang district.
