The prostitute at the center of a sex scandal involving Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi has written a book that went on sale in Italy yesterday.
Patrizia D'Addario says she feels betrayed and claims she has suffered "strange" threats since she said she had taped her purported bedroom encounter with Berlusconi.
