Toast to great teppanyaki

Teppanyaki at Yozakura (夜樱) is one of the best Japanese dining experiences you can have in Beijing. Located on the second floor of Crowne Plaza International Airport Beijing, the restaurant uses the freshest of ingredients, be it imported meat or local vegetables, to make yummy tuna, eel and prawn sushi.
Sushi, sashimi and fresh salad make good starters, while a teppanyaki banquet can start with steamed egg with foie gras and caviar (蒸蛋鹅肝鱼子酱). The bodies of Vietnamese bamboo prawns (越南竹节虾) are cooked to juicy goodness, while the head is roasted slowly on the iron plate for a crisp bite. White cod fish (鳕鱼) is roasted till golden on the surface and soft inside. Beef and chicken are both cooked to perfection. The meal is completed with fried rice, with a tempting mixture of white rice, golden fried egg, and green bell pepper. The restaurant serves three sauces for meat, vegetables, and seafood, with an additional sauce for crispy tempura.
Business set lunch goes from 138-328 yuan per person, depending on the number of meat dishes. All set meals have appetizers, salad, soup, fresh vegetables, fried rice and fruit.
