Divorce granted 10 years ago deemed invalid

The Weidong district people's court in Pingdingshan, Henan province, deemed a divorce granted to a couple 10 years ago invalid after the wife proved her husband had taken along another woman, and not her, for the divorce proceedings.

Li dragged the local marriage registration to court after her husband showed her a divorce certificate in March this year.
