Super Band's last hurrah

Fans of Taiwan pop music need hardly any introduction to Super Band, although it was formed just a year ago.
Comprising four of Taiwan's most renowned singer/songwriters Lo Ta-you, 54, Jonathan Lee Chung-shan, 50, Emil Chau Wa-kin, 48 and Chang Chen-yue, 34, each of whom is well established in the Chinese music industry, the band has drawn millions of fans nationwide and across Asia, since last July.
They now plan to split. But not before two gigs at Beijing's Capital Gymnasium today and tomorrow.
