Senior eases traffic in village for free
A village in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province, has never experienced traffic woes thanks to an elderly man who has volunteered as a traffic coordinator for more than four years.
Every day, Liang Jinghua, 79, arrives at a junction where his village is situated to direct traffic.
