Bigger, better, more choices

Caf Asia (亚洲咖啡厅) offers a truly international buffet, with its chefs drawn from Austria, Turkey, Thailand and India, besides China. The restaurant, located on the first floor of Crown Plaza Park View Wuzhou Beijing, looks bigger and better after its latest renovation.

It has put in quite a few show kitchens, to let customers see how their foods are cooked. Watch chefs make Turkish pizza with lamb, hot off the oven, or skewer beef and lamb kebabs, on the grill.

Most Chinese diners will also enjoy the freshly steamed seasonal crabs and prawns. The restaurant gets its salmon from Tasmania, and beef and lamb from Australia, Inner Mongolia, and Sichuan.
