Aussie flashback

On Saturday, I hopped into my trusty time machine, Tym Tardis, and was jettisoned back in time to what seemed like Melbourne circa 1989.

The breeze was brisk, so it must have been winter, but hot meat pies (with mushrooms) and sausage rolls took the edge off at a place called Xiaowuji.

Cold on-tap beer and the Aussie twangs I had not heard for so long told me I was back home, in the fold of the Antipodeans who march to a slightly different beat to everyone else on this little, blue orb of ours.
