Peugeot revises forecast
French automaker PSA Peugeot Citroen said it has revised its 2009 forecasts "significantly upward" after recent improvements in the car market look set to boost fourth quarter production. France's largest auto maker said it now expects recurring operating income for the second half to break even after a loss of 826 million euros ($1.24 billion) in the first half. Previously, it had said it expected to make an operating loss this year of between 1 billion and 2 billion euros.
