Kidnapped journalist freed
A Norwegian freelance journalist kidnapped a week ago in eastern Afghanistan was released yesterday along with his Afghan interpreter, the Foreign Ministry said.
The two men were abducted near the border with Pakistan, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Ragnhild Imerslund said.
