Prisoner took bribes

A prisoner has taken bribes of 4,000 yuan ($585), the No 2 division of Shanghai Municipal Procuratorate says. The prisoner surnamed Sun at Shanghai Tilanqiao Prison has taken advantage of his post as the work coordinator and taken bribes. He rewarded those who gave him bribes with better work shifts or recommendations for awards of outstanding performance. Sun has been given a warning and his appeal for sentence mitigation has been rejected.
