Top economic group within the Asia-Pacific region that is also one of the few global meetings that brings together leaders from Asia and the United States every year.
The forum's 21 member economies take turns to host its annual meetings, which begin at the start of the year before ending with the Leaders Week that is attended by the heads of all members.
