Notice for AIDS patients

Residents in Northwest China's Gansu province who have been diagnosed with AIDS or HIV are required to tell their spouses or sexual partners their health situation within a month, according to a regulation released by Gansu provincial health department on Monday.

They also have to help their spouses or sexual partners visit local disease control and prevention centers for consultation and testing.
