37 arrested for causing accidents, insurance fraud
Police in Chongqing municipality have arrested 37 suspects who "deliberately caused traffic accidents" to claim compensation from local insurance firms.
On June 10, an insurance firm in the city told police that a group of people was deliberately getting involved in road accidents for insurance claims.
