Gunman wounds 3
A lone gunman shot and wounded three men on Friday in a residential area near Tokyo and then took refuge in a building, officials say.
Police were negotiating with the gunman in Yokohama, police said. Guns are strictly controlled in Japan, and shootings are rare.
