Unity deal collapses
Ousted President Manuel Zelaya said late on Thursday that an accord to end a political crisis has failed after de facto leader Roberto Micheletti announced he would form a new cabinet without Zelaya.
Zelaya said through a representative that he would not recognize the results of Nov 29 presidential elections.
