Man refuses to pay

A man taking a taxi yesterday morning tried to extort money from the driver and other businesses by using force.

The man, in his 30s, refused to pay when he was getting out of the cab and asked for money from the driver instead. After being refused, he rushed out of the cab and asked for money from a woman at a newsstand, broke the glass door of a foot massage shop, waved his fist to whoever was getting close and pushed a passer-by from a bicycle.
