Net addict treatment guide
A draft guide for teenagers released by the Ministry of Health yesterday makes it illegal to physically punish or confine teenagers' freedom when treating them for Internet addictions.
The treatment for Internet addicts should mainly be psychological consultations by trained people, according to the draft guide.
