Bank to pay customer duped with fake bankcard
A court in Chengwu county, Shaanxi province, ordered a local bank to pay 36,000 yuan ($5,270) to a customer whose account was drained with a fake bankcard.
The plaintiff showed evidence in court that his relative transferred 65,000 yuan to his account on March 11, 2009.
