Man fined for stopping on highway to trade stocks
Traffic police in Xinxiang, Henan province, fined a driver 200 yuan ($29) for stopping his car alongside a busy expressway to trade stocks using wireless service last Tuesday.
The driver, surnamed Wang, was more than happy to pay the fine and even invited the officers for a party at a restaurant.
