Girl attacker apologizes

The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education denied media speculation that a vocational school student who beat another student would be expelled from the school.

The girl has admitted her misbehavior and has apologized to the victim, under the arrangement of her school teachers and officers from the education commission, three days after her beating video was uploaded online.
