Receipt crime rampant
More than 3,200 cases of making and selling fake receipts have been filed nationwide this year, with more than 5,100 suspects arrested and 80 million fake receipts found, according to the Ministry of Public Security.
The fake receipts were made mostly in Henan, Anhui, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces.
