Tibet forum begins
Scholars, officials and business executives participating in the second forum on Tibet's development in Rome endorsed the Rome Communique yesterday, sharing the belief that such an arrangement would be conducive to monitoring and supporting the development of Southwest China's Tibet autonomous region.
