Wife killer surrenders on daughter's request
A resident of Shangqiu, Henan province, who fled to Shanxi after killing his wife took his daughter's advice and turned himself into the police on Friday.
Li Baogang, 40, who hails from the Yanglou village, murdered his wife following a bitter quarrel.
