Still after Thaksin

Thailand would seek the extradition of Thaksin Shinawatra if the fugitive former prime minister were to accept an offer of refuge in neighboring Cambodia. The reaction came a day after Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen described Thaksin as a "political victim".
