Fake doctors exposed

Nine intern doctors, who bought counterfeit medical qualification certificates, were sentenced to four months in jail with six months of probation, the Fangshan court ruled, the Legal Evening News reported yesterday.

The nine people bought the certificates in 2008 for 43,000 yuan each from three counterfeit certificate makers. The three counterfeit certificate sellers were also sentenced to 10 months in jail.
