Student pilots graduate
The first batch of 37 student pilots who paid for their own 700,000-yuan training fee graduated yesterday, ready to join China Southern Airlines. Previously, students had their fees paid for by the airline.
The new training model is expected to save costs for airlines and increase the number of pilots faster than the traditional model.
