Yudhoyono sworn in for second term

JAKARTA: Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was sworn in yesterday for his second five-year term, in a ceremony attended by several friendly heads of state, including Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Abdul Razak.

China sent Ambassador for Indonesia Zhang Qiuye to attend the ceremony.

Vice President Boediono was also sworn in.
