Cab driver arrested for withdrawing complaint
Police in Liaoyang, Liaoning province, arrested a female taxi driver, who was robbed, after she accepted money to withdraw her complaint.
The woman surnamed Xu in Liaoyang, Liaoning province, was robbed of her purse on Feb 2. Seven months later, cops tracked down the suspect and arrested him.
