Pro Muay Thai set for Beijing

Chinese sports fans will get to enjoy a totally different martial arts' experience when the first professional Muay Thai event, Battlefield XI 'Supremacy', will kick off at the China World Hotel in Beijing on November 11.

Fans will get the chance to witness authentic Muay Thai as Battlefield XI promises non-stop, full-contact action and exciting international bouts.

"As the first professional Muay Thai event in China, sanctioned by the World Professional Muay Thai Federation (WPMF), Battlefield XI will present some of the best fighters from all over the world. Twenty competitors from seven countries including China, Thailand, the US, Philippines and Italy will be on the card," the event's promoter, Frank Gao, said.
