Ashmore gets QFII license
The China Securities Regulatory Commission said yesterday that it granted UK asset management firm Ashmore Investment Management Ltd a qualified foreign institutional investor (QFII) license in September. The new license brings the number of QFIIs to 88, the regulator said.
