Couples can't have babies
About 10 percent of Beijing couples have problems having children due to work pressures and environmental pollution, the Beijing Youth Daily reported yesterday.
According to the latest statistics, the infertility rate among Beijing couples has reached 10 percent this year. It was only 6 percent in 1981. Most patients suffering from infertility problems are aged in their 30s and 40s. The best ages for getting pregnant are from 25 to 30, Experts suggest young couples to get pregnant at an earlier age in order to avoid infertility.
