3rd storm on horizon

Officials told residents still reeling from mudslides that recently buried hundreds in the northern Philippine mountains to be ready to abandon their homes again. A storm approaching on Friday could become the third typhoon in a month to hit the country. Back-to-back storms since September 26 have already caused the worst flooding and landslides in 40 years in and around the capital Manila, killing 773 people and affecting more than 7 million.
