Financial network boost

China will strive to bring all rural areas under the umbrella of basic financial services within the next three years, Liu Mingkang, chairman of China Banking Regulatory Commission, said on Friday. As of June, the banking network has not covered 2,945 counties and towns in 27 provinces, with 708 of them without any financial services at all.
