Australian celebrity chef David Laris likes to keep things fresh.
As such he is constantly updating and tweaking his creations, marking them with his own sense of style. His latest works can be found at Three on the Bund's posh restaurant and bar Laris, which he co-founded in 2004.
Born in Greece, raised in Australia and traveling the world thereafter, Laris soon acquired a global palette that has clearly helped shore up his diverse new menu.
