Norway champions corporate responsibility

As a government agency reporting to the Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry, Innovation Norway represents the commercial section of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Beijing and the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Shanghai.

Oslo-headquartered Innovation Norway manages about 7 billion yuan in terms of financial resource. This funding is available to Norwegian companies through grants, loans and tax reduction schemes for development and promotion of their business activities in Norway and internationally.

Innovation Norway has a strong focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in all of its work, believing that the future winners in business will be those who are able to combine global, social and environmental challenges with profitable growth.
