Locals fans to ride with stars at the Race of Champions

Some lucky Chinese fans will get the opportunity to race with the world's top motor sports stars at the 2009 Race of Champions (ROC), which will be held at the Bird's Nest from Nov 2-4.

The ROC is a head-to-head tournament where the world's best racers battle to prove that they are the fastest on earth.

Through a series of races in identical cars, one winner emerges as the fastest and is declared "The Champion of Champions". Cars are swapped between heats to ensure all drivers prove themselves in a variety of machines.
