Businessman loses 130,000y to phone fraud
A resident of Haikou, capital of Hainan province, fell victim to a phone fraud, with scammers pretending to be cops, and lost 130,000 yuan.
Liu, a businessman, received a call from a person claiming to be a police officer, saying he was under investigation for money laundering.
