Chaoyang talent plan

Chaoyang district government will launch a "Phoenix Plan", to attract new talent to the city, and its expanded central business district, Zhang Xiaowen, vice-director of Beijing Shuanggao Chaoyang Human Resources Development Center, yesterday.

Qualified overseas talents who are included in the "Phoenix Plan" will receive a 200,000 yuan ($29,300) one-time subsidy, or even more money, if they want to establish their own business in the CBD.
