2,500 TV hours planned

The 16th Asian Games, part of the worldwide Olympic movement and governed by the Olympic Council of Asia, is planning 2,500 hours of live TV programming for the event.

Guangzhou Asian Games Broadcasting (GAB) will produce 2,500 hours of live TV programming, with 700 of those hours produced in high definition signals for worldwide TV rights holders, according to the Organizing Committee.
