Advice for alcohol

An increasing number of people in Harbin, capital of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, are seeking advice to control drinking since the Ministry of Public Security launched a national campaign against drunken driving.

Zhang Yi, director of alcohol abstinence center of Harbin No 1 Specialty Hospital, said a daily average of 40 people have been to his clinic for advice on alcohol consumption since Aug 15, a fourfold increase from other years.
