'Teheran can enrich fuel'

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said yesterday that international powers would not wait forever for Iran to prove it was not developing nuclear bombs even as an official of the Islamic state was quoted as saying that Teheran could provide nuclear fuel for a research reactor if there is no deal with world powers. Ali Shirzadian, a spokesman for Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, made the comment ahead of the October 19 talks in Vienna on a tentative agreement with world powers on the external supply of nuclear fuel to a reactor in Teheran.
