Crab delights

Vasco's Restaurant on the 5th floor of the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing serves up a "catch me if you can" crab buffet dinner, every evening from 5:30-9:30 pm. Options include flower crab, flesh crab, bread crab and mud crab. Chef Ricardo Bizarro presents a variety of Macanese style crab dishes, such as curry crab served with saffron and cinnamon rice. 188 yuan per person plus 15-percent surcharge.
