Making five stars shine brighter

Raffles Beijing Hotel General Manager Riaz Mahmood has seen some of the best of times and the worst of times for Beijing's hotel business.
But he's enjoyed his experiences in the city all of the time.
"The city is clean and beautiful," he says. "The people are warm and friendly."
