Killer cops jailed
Six policemen convicted of beating a 60-year-old robbery suspect to death in February were sentenced to three to 12 years behind bars, news magazine China Comment reported yesterday.
Wang Xilian, a native of Dingyuan, Anhui province, was detained on Feb 23. He died two days later.
