Defectors' return demanded

The Democractic People's Republic of Korea has demanded that Seoul repatriate a group of 11 DPRK citizens who defected by sea last week, but the Republic of Korea (ROK) does not intend to return them, the Unification Ministry said yesterday. The ROK has never repatriated defectors who expressed their intention to stay in the South.
