Scene stealers

China Daily | Updated: 2009-10-02 07:46

Some scenic spots nationwide have raised the prices of entry tickets just before the golden week of National Day holiday. Some have been increased by 70 percent. The National Development and Reform Commission released a document this week, prohibiting scenic spots from increasing entrance ticket prices. Ten scenic spots in South China's Guangdong province have assured that their entry ticket prices will remain unchanged.
