Jobs in public view

Apple's Steve Jobs made his fi rst public appearance since having a liver transplant, taking the stage to introduce new models of the iPod in San Francisco on Wednesday. Stockholders said it was encouraging that the co-founder, who has been at the helm for the company's best-performing years, was well enough to make a presentation.
