SWEET

I've been meaning to try the "modern French eatery" Mr. & Mrs. Bund, in Shanghai, for quite a while and finally headed down there after work. I didn't have a booking but the manager politely invited me to have a drink at the bar while my table was prepared. My mojito was perfectly prepared in a short, but very wide, round glass as I sat on a huge backed chair with one armrest on the right.

I have to say, everything was absolutely perfect - the food, atmosphere, setting and even the service was pitched just right. Any time I needed something a waiter was nearby and yet nobody was hovering over the table. The attitude was warm, friendly and most importantly, efficient.
