Embezzling official caught trying to sneak into China
Police in Ruili, Yunnan province, arrested a man accused of embezzling 6 million yuan ($878,000) before fleeing to Myanmar 12 years ago on Monday.
Wang Ruchun, the former manager of a State-owned company in Kunming, capital of Yunnan province, was caught while he was trying to sneak into the Chinese border.
